PropRank Digital LLC is committed to providing professional, transparent, and responsive digital marketing services. We value client feedback and aim to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently.
This Complaints & Disputes Policy explains how clients can raise concerns regarding our services.

PropRank Digital LLC
30 N Gould St #38905
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Email: info@proprankdigital.com
Please include:
- Your name and business name
- Relevant project or service
- Description of the complaint or concern
- Relevant dates, invoices, deliverables, or communications
- The resolution you are seeking, if applicable
We encourage clients to raise concerns as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to address them.
2. Complaint Review
Upon receiving a complaint, PropRank Digital will review the matter and, where appropriate, may request additional information from the client.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Acknowledge the complaint within 3 business days
- Review the relevant information and applicable agreement
- Communicate with the client regarding the issue
- Provide a proposed resolution or explanation within a reasonable period based on the complexity of the matter
Some complaints may require additional time where they involve third-party platforms, advertising networks, technical investigations, billing records, or information from other parties.
3. Good-Faith Resolution
We encourage clients and PropRank Digital to attempt to resolve complaints through good-faith communication before pursuing formal dispute procedures.
Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include clarification, correction of work, reasonable service adjustments, account review, credit, or another mutually agreed solution.
Nothing in this policy requires PropRank Digital to provide a refund, credit, compensation, or other remedy where the applicable agreement or law does not require it.
4. Billing and Refund Complaints
Questions concerning invoices, payments, cancellations, refunds, or advertising spend will be reviewed under the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), invoice, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms is subject to the applicable platform’s policies and is separate from PropRank Digital’s service fees.
5. Formal Disputes
If a complaint cannot be resolved through ordinary communication, any formal dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution, governing-law, and jurisdiction provisions contained in the applicable signed agreement between PropRank Digital and the client.
Where an executed MSA or other written agreement applies, that agreement will control the formal dispute process.
6. No Waiver of Contractual Rights
This policy is intended to provide a practical complaint-handling process. It does not modify, replace, or waive any rights or obligations contained in a signed MSA, SOW, NDA, invoice, or other written agreement.
If this policy conflicts with a signed agreement, the applicable signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
7. Policy Updates
PropRank Digital may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to a particular client relationship will generally be the version incorporated into or referenced by the applicable agreement, unless otherwise required by law.
